When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, work email address, organisation, and any message you choose to provide. Our website host and service providers may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, as part of delivering the site securely.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your enquiry to respond to you and to discuss whether BAGC6 Labs is a fit for your organisation. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and handle enquiries:

• Web3Forms, which receives your form submission and delivers it to us by email.
• Our website hosting provider, which serves the site.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the site's typefaces and in doing so receives your IP address.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and to follow up on a genuine business conversation, after which we delete it.
