BAGC6 Labs Arrange a conversationContact
Practice for the conversations that decide everything

Your manager has to tell someone their work is not good enough. Right now, they get one take.

BAGC6 Labs lets your people rehearse the hardest workplace conversations before they have them for real, then shows them exactly how they did.

The problem

Training tells people what to do. It never lets them practise doing it.

Most communication training happens in a room, in theory. Then the real moment arrives, with its nerves and its pushback, and the learning does not survive contact with it. People avoid the conversation, or they handle it badly. Either way the cost lands on the team, on the person who left, and on the manager's standing.

What it is

A private rehearsal room for difficult conversations.

01

Speak it or type it

Your person practises with an AI counterpart who responds like a real colleague: defensive, evasive, or upset, and never a script. They can say it out loud, or type it, whichever the moment allows.

02

Get an honest debrief

After each rehearsal they receive a scored account of how they handled it, and what to do differently next time.

03

Practise until it holds

It is on demand and private, so people can get it wrong safely and improve before the conversation counts for real.

The range

The conversations your people cannot afford to get wrong.

The suite

Difficult conversations are the flagship. They are not the whole of it.

BAGC6 Labs is a growing suite. Each lab is a place to practise a different professional capability, and the library keeps expanding, so a licence is worth more at the end of the year than at the start.

Conversation Lab

Rehearse the hardest workplace conversations: feedback, conflict, influence, and career.

Listening Lab

Practise hearing what is really being said, including the things people do not say outright.

Networking Lab

Build the ease to open, hold, and land the professional conversations that lead somewhere.

Skills Lab

Sharpen the everyday behaviours that decide how a person is received at work.

Thinking Lab

Work through real decisions, and the thinking traps behind them, before they cost anything.

And it keeps growing

New labs and scenarios are added as the suite develops, so what your team can practise widens over time.

For your organisation

Licensed for your team, invoiced to your business.

  • Annual licence. Seats are licensed to your organisation for the year, and access is granted once the licence is in place.
  • Set up for you. I issue your team's access directly. No app store, no per-person sign-ups for you to manage.
  • Private by design. This is rehearsal before the conversation, not a live call at your desk. People run it in a meeting room, a booked pod, or at home with headphones, and in a shared space they can switch to text and practise in silence. A few private minutes is all it takes.
  • Start with a pilot. Run it with one team first, see what it changes, and decide from there.
The outcome

What people take away.

They walk in already rehearsed

The conversation people used to run over in their head at 2am has already happened once, and been adjusted, before it counts for real.

The nerves have somewhere to go

The first, clumsy attempt lands in private. The real conversation is steadier and better judged, because it is no longer the first attempt.

It shows up in the room

Practice builds the muscle, so what someone worked out about handling the moment is actually there when the moment arrives.

Who is behind it

Built by a practitioner, not a platform.

BAGC6 Labs is built by Maria Fuentes, a performance strategist and author with over twenty-five years across financial services and behavioural change.

She designs and delivers development for professionals, leaders, and organisations. BAGC6 Labs is the practice tool that sits behind that work.

Start a pilot

Give your managers a place to practise.

Tell me about your team and the conversations they find hardest, and I will show you how a pilot would work.
